After Charles' sophomore year of college, he had the opportunity to work for Emmy-Award winning  interior designer Thom Filicia. While he was on the job Charles had the privilege to work with designers on residential and commercial projects. Charles also had the ability to work as a sales associate in their New York showroom, listen in on different business meetings and experience job site installations.
